Golf Course Design Internship - 2006
Our company is offering two internships in golf course design for the summer or fall of 2006. The term of the internship is flexible depending on the winning candidate's circumstances, and anyone may apply, regardless of experience. The internship is divided into three parts, traveling with president Tom Doak on site visits, working at the office in Traverse City, MI, and working on one of the courses currently under construction. It is a paid internship that also provides for lodging and all expenses on incurred on the road.
This year’s application will consist of redesigning a hole at your home course or another course that you are familiar with. Entries should be limited to one page and for any applications exceeding that limit only the first page will be considered.
Submission Deadline:
The applicants résumé and hole redesign, as well as dates of availability, should be received by Renaissance Golf Design by January 15th, 2006. We will select several finalists for personal interviews and to award the internship by the first of March. Please submit all applications to:
